Do
you like learning about things outdoors? Lots of kids and adults like to
explore their backyards, parks and neighborhoods. What do
you find when you explore? In the Rosa
Raindrop Water Cycle Board Game (PDF - 2.2MB)
you can take a journey around the world in the water cycle.
If
you liked the Rosa Raindrop game you might want to tell your
school teacher about the Corroboree program.
Or you might want
to check out other programs 4-H has that help kids explore the
world we live in. We have books on
geology, water, wetland, ponds, oceans, recycling, insects and
forests. If you'd like to know more about becoming part of 4-H
in Oregon visit our "Interested
in 4-H?" link.
Here are some other 4-H activities you can try:
- Are pollutants in the water harmful to wetland plants? Try
an experiment to find out. Click on In the Water: In
the Plants to learn more.
- Do you know where the water in your
home comes from before it reaches your sink? Do you know
where it goes when it "goes down
the drain"? Click on this link to be a Water
Detective
